PROUCTION ASSOCIATE

We’re seeking a dependable Production Associate to support assembly, packaging, product prep, and general production tasks. This role requires someone adaptable who can move between departments based on daily needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Assembly, grinding, cleaning, and product preparation

• Packaging and staging finished goods

• Assisting with fabrication and machining tasks

• Material handling; forklift experience preferred


Qualifications

  • Experience in production, assembly, or fabrication
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to shift between tasks and departments
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Forklift knowledge a plus

WELDER


Welder – MIG (Production Department)

We’re looking for a dependable MIG Welder to join our production team. This role focuses on consistent, high‑quality welding with the flexibility to support other areas of the shop when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of production parts
  • Prep, fit, and clean materials prior to welding
  • Follow weld procedures and quality standards
  • Assist with general shop tasks when the schedule requires
  • Support fabrication areas such as saw, drill press, or basic machining as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment


Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Ability to follow instructions and basic measurements

• Strong attention to weld quality and consistency

• Willingness to assist in other departments when needed

• Mechanical aptitude; forklift knowledge is a plus

• Basic computer proficiency
